About the Company
We are a fast growing organization in the business of providing asset, consulting and management services to the Commercial Real Estate Industry. We draw upon the demonstrated knowledge of our own internally employed group of professionals, who together, provide un-paralleled service to our fast growing base of commercial real-estate clients. These clients are made up of private investor groups, Tenant in Common (TIC) clients, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) as well as other public and private funds. Our clients are actively engaged in the practice of purchasing, financing, managing and selling commercial real estate assets. All of our clients at one time or another have experienced a need for a range of commercial Real Estate services.

Due Diligence Officer
Auditor
Full-Time Property Manager
Full-Time Assistant Property Manager
Full-Time and Part-Time Leasing Consultant
Full-Time Single Site Maintenance Tech (with HVAC Certification)
Full-Time Single Site Maintenance Tech (without HVAC Certification)
Part-Time Grounds person
